A senior member of the Resilience team, you will coordinate threat identification and assessment. With the resource of a security analyst, you will generate intelligence on threats using open source research, contract services, and external liaison.
Departmental subject-matter expert on international security, terrorism groups, trends, methodologies, protest movements, cyber threats.
Produce high-quality outputs intelligence reports, threat assessments, briefings & Exec summaries, etc
Lead on cyber-security. Develop and maintain detailed and accurate understanding of the threat landscape and work closely with IT to address and mitigate cyber-risk.
Candidate profile:

Robust organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks working to deadlines.
Strong writing skills; ability to write accurate, concise reports is essential.
Proficient IT skills (MS Office); demonstrable experience & comprehensive use of social media, online research techniques.
Previous Security Intelligence experience is essential. This could be gained through a variety of routes including Military or Police specialist units, a senior analyst ior an intelligence officer seeking a proegressive step.
