Regional Operations Manager - Security Consulting Firm

Reporting to: Managing Director, Allan & Associates in Hong Kong


Statement of Responsibility:
To develop and manage business in the Central Region (UK / Europe / Middle East / Africa), with an initial focus on sales and business development, and to manage projects using in-house and contract resources with the aim of creating a profitable business unit. This is a middle level management position.


Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall profitable performance of company operations and business development in the Central Region
Initial focus on business development, specifically sales of new business
Maintain sales and marketing data-base for Central Region
Manage in-house and contracted resources
Manage servicing of consulting, investigations and crisis management tasks
Assist in the day-to-day management of the company’s London office
Oversee day-to-day administration of the company’s London office
Provide regular progress reports to senior management
Assist in the development of new operations procedures and policies




Requirements:
Senior business/sales management experience in international security risk management consulting industry with progressively increasing responsibility and revenue generation
Prior service in the military or government security or intelligence services
At least a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or similar
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Fluency in a second European language (French or German) in addition to English

Additional Information:
Position is at our London office
Initially the work will focus on business development in and around London with the primary aim of bringing in new, profitable, business
There will be a requirement for some regional and international travel
In addition to base salary a competitive sales commission structure will be offered
