As a result of our continued expansion we are now recruiting for new position of Mobile Security Supervisor. This role within Mount Charles Security Services will be challenging and exciting and this valued member of the team will be expected to be fully flexible and to contribute in a proactive manner with regards to providing our customers with a reassuring and efficient service.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, high standards of communication both written and verbal, IT literate due to the usage of modern technology and have a good understanding of alarm systems.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Must have previous experience in similar position
Must have a sound knowledge of rosters
Confidence in meeting and greeting clients
Effective management of individuals and teams of employees
Willing to cover additional duties due to sickness and holidays
Essential Criteria:
Full drivers licence.
Hold at least a Door Supervisor SIA licence and maintain that licence whilst employed by Mount Charles Security Services.
Posess a valid SIA CCTV License.
Must be fully flexible and prepared to travel on a daily basis, evening and weekend will be required at times.
Have a full 5 year checkable history.
Computer literate to include Microsoft Excel and Word.
Desirable Criteria:
Close Protection SIA licence.
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week - flexible (5 days out of 7)
Rate of Pay: £9.50 per hour.
Location: Based from head office in Belfast but travel to Units across NI will be required.
Due to the nature of the role you must be able to provide a clear 5 year checkable background.
