Security Manager

Job Description

To formulate and implement policy and procedures in relation to all aspects of Hotel security.
To coordinate and supervise all administrative and operational functions of the Security Department.
To assist in and advise on the training and supervision of all Hotel personnel in matters relating to security and loss prevention.
To ensure the security and safety of the Hotel, its guests, associates and their property while on the Hotel premises.
To promote associates’ work safety, increasing the awareness and importance of work safety environment and instilling an idea that accidents can be / are preventable.

Job Requirements
Preferably matriculated or above
10 years relevant industry experience
Hotel experience is a plus
Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
Possess practical operational experience and proficient administration skills
Knowledge of local law enforcement authorities
