We are currently recruiting for a self-motivated and organised Security Supervisor to join our team at Atherstone Hub to lead a team of security guards.
The role will be a shift pattern on 5 nights on and 2 nights off, including weekend work.
Responsibilities
As a Security supervisor your main responsibility is to protect TNT's Customers consignments, protect the assets of TNT and provide a safe and secure working environment for TNT staff.
Part of your responsibilities will include:
Development and training of the security guards to ensure they are compliant and have full working knowledge of the operational requirements for the site.
Compliance all policies and procedures, including compliance for visitors and contractors into the sites
Monitoring, maintaining and reducing the risk of loss by theft, damage and other related factors (e.g. negligence or operational difficulties resulting in loss)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent people management practices with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Having knowledge and experience in Criminal Law/Civil Law/Employment Law, along with a working knowledge of Security equipment (CCTV).
Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you communicate effectively with all area's of the business.
