Job description:
This is a key management role for this successful organisation's 24 Hour Alarm Receiving Centre. Woeking for this well known security company, you will ensure compliance with processes and contribute to performance improvements. The ARC handles CCTV, Fire, Intruder, Lone Worker and medical services monitoring. You will manage the team of operators and duty managers, who undertake monitoring and other duties within the ARC on a daily basis.
Candidate profile:
Previous experience in a similar role leading teams using strong leadership skills
Proven track record of decision making in a pressurised fast paced changing environment
Robust operational knowledge of the latest CCTV, fire, Lone Worker and monitoring alarm systems.
People management experience.
Excellent communication and administrative skills with attention to detail.
A team player with a positive and can do attitude to work.
Experience of managing budgets
Knowledge of Health and Safety
Hold a valid SIA Supervisor License
Understand legislation, codes of practice for security systems and audit systems
Strong background in general operations and business experience with a broad understanding of statistic methods.
Possess excellent comprehension of service related agreements (SLA & SSOP), underpinning contracts and related concepts.
