We are looking for a General Investigations Manager to join our Security department.
You will be responsible for the overall management of the Investigations operation and ensuring the department fulfils its responsibilities to the company by protecting staff, customers, buildings, products and assets.
Excellent at communication, you will define and implement both operating and emergency procedures and will be able to execute these efficiently and effectively in the event of an incident. You will ensure that your team fully understand their roles and operate to the highest standard, whilst managing their capabilities; coaching them in their development to maximise their engagement and performance. Additionally, you will liaise with the police at all levels and follow up with any investigations.
Astute in your approach, you will lead inquiries into serious crimes such as blackmail, extortion, fraud and money laundering and address any matters against both staff and company assets. Using your excellent problem solving skills, you will manage and supervise the investigations into allegations of crime and inquiries from staff, contractors and the general public.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and put our customers in the heart of everything they do, as well as experience managing a team.
