Job Summary
Responsible for resolving crime in designated location. Executes the primary LP tasks, policies and processes, balancing detect vs deter methods. Utilises equipment, information and conducts checks to execute role effectively and advises both managers and associates concerns through effective communication. Supports company shrink reduction programmes as directed.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Security:
Utilises equipment, systems and information to maintain company standards and react to issues.
Adheres to policy and highlights concerns through effective communication.
Utilises systems to maximum efficiency feedback ideas on ways to improve systems.
Conducts equipment checks in line with company policy and routines or as directed.


Crime Resolution:
Uses training and equipment to deter or detect crime and alert store and own line manager of identified risks.
Uses, equipment, systems, information, and functional processes to investigate internal and external crime and communicate concerns.
Detects and deters criminal offenders in a professional manner in line with country legal requirements and company policy.
Collates and inputs data into functional collation systems as directed
Feeds back to line manager and store on identified crime risks from local knowledge and job execution.
Engages with local operatives to share common problems and solutions.

Education & Awareness:
Attends training programmes and apply learning's.
Raises awareness and advises on best practice basics.
Advises associates about the education and awareness topics.

Operational Compliance:
Checks reports, data, and processes, shares information and advises concerns.
Checks key compliance areas as directed and advises concerns.
Advises  business partners and team about Shrink concerns and possible solutions
Raises issues with business partners and team. Uses agreed escalation procedures appropriately.
