This position on the Corporate Security team is responsible to ensure risk assessments regarding security threats affecting the LEGO group and all its sites. You will work in collaboration to establish regional security structure with identification and enabling of local security champions to ensure the visibility and efficient communication of security.

Implement and facilitate the Security Management System (SMS) and security risk management in the region. An important part of this task will be to feedback local legal requirements to the Organizational Resilience Manager (ORO).
What will you be doing?
Contribute to develop and maintaining a global security strategy for the LEGO group.
Build and maintain a regional security organization covering all LEGO sites in the area
Conduct risk assessments regarding security threats affecting the LEGO group and all its sites.
Internal monitoring and investigations of security breaches

Advice and support for management in regional units,
Regional Emergency Manager (REM)/Crisis Management Support (CMS),
Security Incident Management (SIM),
Security Incident Investigation,
Implementation and maintenance of security risk assessments,
Implementation and supervision of security standards,
Travel security advice within region,
Event security
Approver of risk and resilience plans for class C assets,
Regular inputs for registers for lessons learned and risk & opportunity reviews and,
Distribution of travel security advice.
DO you have what we’re looking for?
Minimum 10 years' relevant experience from an international security, policing, military or emergency service function
Documented experience with counterfeit and Intellectual Property protection
Leadership experience
Proven experience with stakeholder management in a complex organization
Experience from a global organization and preferably also from working with multicultural teams and across different locations
Relevant academic or professional certifications
Great business understanding and the ability to deliver and communicate security in a business context
Great collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Travel must be expected in the role, primarily within the region. 100 days a year
Fluent English, both oral and written
