Role Specifics
To deliver a comprehensive security service to the business. This is achieved through the prevention, detection and investigation of criminal activity, both internal and external in nature.
Complete post-incident and planned risk assessment in accordance with policy
Investigate matters of fraudulent activity within company guidelines and in a timely fashion, minimising hard and safe costs
Carry out routine audits in line with department objectives
Report and advise on security procedures, escalating issues as appropriate
Prepare written reports on all aspects of work and, where necessary, produce schedules and exhibits for police investigation
Attend all serious incidents (for example robberies, assaults), providing post-incident support to LBO teams and liaising with police
Attend Line meetings to support and inform Operations Managers
Essential skills / behaviours
Experience of Epos in bookmaking industry
Experience of Security in retail industry
Educated to minimum of A Level standard
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
IT literate
Has passion and enthusiasm for loss prevention
Is able to influence and persuade

This is a field based role covering West London.
This is a full time position of 37.5 hours per week.
