One of the world’s leading Facilities management companies has an immediate job opportunity for an experienced Security Manager with a background in security. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the HOS in the development, operations, and profitability of all physical security services through the application of sound business, financial and human resources management practices.
The role:
Provide supervision to all security staff on site - the team consists of 35-40 officers.
Oversee the staffing and scheduling for security officers (e.g., review payroll and billing for accuracy).
Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met; quality
assurance and contract compliance.
Inventory and purchases for equipment.
Coordinate with Human Resources personnel on recruiting efforts.
Develop new training
No specific experience is required, but candidates should be able to demonstrate an affinity for customer service and must hold a Door Supervisor's SIA licence
