Parkdean Resorts are delighted to be recruiting for a safety focused Security Manager for our Whitley Bay Holiday Parked, Newcastle upon Tyne
Purpose Of Role:
As a Security Manager you will be responsible for the running of the park of an evening, ensure the complex is a safe environment. You will be responsible for looking after our holiday guests when they require assistance as well as our owners.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service and standards.
Creating and maintaining a safe environments for owners and holiday makers in line with current legislation i.e. S.I.A.
Accountability for the effective management of all aspects of the security function.
Management of the security function ensuring maximisation of opportunities for greater efficiency and improve the performance of the park.
Create a culture where every Team Member greets every owner/holiday maker they see.
Positively manage change and create an environment of continuous improvement.
Ensuring compliance with all aspects of company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety and licencing law regulations by themselves and all team members.
Person Specification
A successful Candidate will:
Have excellent communication skills
Have a customer service focus customer service focus
Be flexible and able to operate in a fast moving environment
Have experience of managing a team
Hold relevant security certification
Have a passion for Parkdean Resorts
Be commercially aware and have strong business acumen
