Job Description:
14forty are currently looking for a professional Security Manager to join one of our prestigious contracts in East Midlands.
Positively and effectively motivate a Team to maintain consistent high standards
To manage the provision of the Security Services for the National Grid contract within the East Midlands Area with overall responsibility for the delivery of Security and Front of House Services.
To have a full knowledge of all aspects of the role covered in accordance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
To ensure all activities are delivered in a safe manner
To maintain a high standard of customer care.
To work effectively in adherence to all Company legislative, instructions and local procedures.
Essential Experience
Ability to travel to sites in your local area
Ability to use the microsoft office suite
Ability to use your own initiative
Access to Own Transport
Confident dealing with the public
Previous Corporate Security Experience
SIA Licence
2 years management experience of both staff and operational delivery within the Security / Facilities Management business
Ability to manage your own time with a flexible approach in line with operational demands
Knowledge of originating/reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
To be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office
SIA certification
Full UK Driving License
Desirable Experience
