An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Security Manager , based in our Uxbridge office.

Role Responsibility:
Client liaison
Scheduling shifts/ Logging staff care reports onto G4S system (training will be given)
Reporting all incidents
Ensuring invoices are paid
Ordering uniform
Ensuring all sites ‘documentation is up-to-date and in line with legislation (Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments, Training Matrix, SOP’s etc.)
Ensuring the clients’ documentation is up-to-date (permits to work etc.)
Ensuring all companies legislative and company procedures and standards of H&S are adhered to.
Rostering of site ensuring contractual hours have been achieved.
Completing monthly KPI’s and Meetings with the client as and when required.
Producing monthly reports Ensure all employees are adequately trained for their duties.
Manage the completion of all incident forms and ensure the absent management processes are being followed (return to work interviews)

The Ideal Candidate:

Essential Requirements
5 Year Shopping Centre Security Management experience
D/S Licence
Great communication skills
IT skills
Motivated Individual
Ability to wok on own initiative
Flexible approach to working hours
Can work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to attend within 45 minutes in emergency situations
5 years checkable work history
Unrestricted right to work in the UK/EU
Fluent written and spoken English
