An opportunity has arisen for a Security Manager, working for aprestigious client in London

Roles and Responsibilities
· To provide a high visibility presence in order to deter
· To manage a team ofSecurity Officers
· To co-ordinate a working rota, including arranging cover for holidays and sickness, ensuring adequate cover is in place 24 hours per day
· To maintain accurate records and logs of visits and any relevant incidents
· To liaise with police and other agencies to ensure a co-ordinated approach
· To ensure premises are safe and secure at all times
· To develop and maintain good working practices and relationships with the client and any other relevant department
· To contribute to a team effort by accomplishing results

The successful candidate will have:
· Experience of managing a busy control room and car park, auditing, regular patrols and front and back of house security
· Essential IT Skills (i.e. Outlook and calendar, Microsoft Word and Excel)
· A sound working knowledge of security systems (i.e. access & egress control, cctv, fire panel etc.)
· A current valid SIA license, including CCTV badge
· Excellent awareness skills
· Experience of working in a similar role
· The ability to work as part of a team
· The ability and experience to manage a team
