Main Responsibilities
Recruiting and training the best people for your team, ensuring they have the capability to deliver above and beyond in their role by developing their operational and leadership skills.
Effectively use tools and materials available to engage the store team to understand potential contributors to loss, security risks and the appropriate controls for their areas.
Encouraging managers in store to have in place effective loss preventative routines and support the Store Manager at the weekly Total Loss meeting.
Keeps shrinkage and security on the stores agenda and ensures sustainability plans are in place.
Owns the incident reporting process and also providing CCTV expertise to ensure surveillance is proactive.
Conducts quality investigations into all aspects of loss including cash, theft and fraud.
