Being a Memory Maker as a Group CCTV Manager


In this role, you will become part of the Edwardian family and work within Security in Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow




To ensure that the hotels have a fully functional CCTV system that provides greater security of RBEL employees and guests



Key Requirements


Has ability to use computer hardware and software (e.g. word processors, desktop publishing and graphics).

Has a deep understanding of CCTV hardware and its usages

Ensures that employees provide Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis

Participates in the development of business strategies facilities which are aligned with the overall objectives of the hotel
Directs the operation of the CCTV System/Department
Develops plan for completing routine maintenance of the CCTV system and coordinates work with hotel department managers
Identifies and selects vendors as appropriate
Creates a safe environment for guests and employees by ensuring that the hotel is maintained in accordance with security safety standards
Serves as project manager for CCTV and coordinates project status with corporate technical services, architects, licensing agencies, contractors and hotel management
Ensures hotel adheres to all regulatory and security & safety standards by meeting with government and insurance inspectors and taking corrective actions as needed
Keeps all mechanical, electrical blue prints up to date
Ensures that staff are up to date on necessary training to maintain operating systems
Prepares security budget and monitors actual versus budgeted expenses and takes corrective actions when necessary
Uses teamwork to support guests and employees
Seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience by seeking customer feedback and reviewing management reports and developing strategies to improve department and hotel
Establish and manage a security and front of house teams, which are well motivated, trained, focused and clear about their roles and objectives
Oversee and coordinate security efforts across the company, including information technology, human resources, communications, legal, facilities management and other groups, to identify security initiatives and standards.
Develop and implement the overall information security strategy and architecture to be used by the company's centrally managed systems developers and administrators.
Investigates security needs, and recommends plans, implements, tests, and monitors security improvements.
Prepares on-line and hard copy documentation of companys security plans and procedures.
Monitoring an area(s) on closed circuit TV.
Guarding entrances and exits.
