Job description
The O2 are hiring a Security Operations Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Security Operations. The successful candidate will, with the support of an Assistant Guest Relations Manager take overall responsibility for the front of house guest relations team. You will be responsible for the management of the day to day arena and site security arrangements producing relevant reports and documentation to support operational procedures and requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience

The idea candidate will come from a comparable role, preferably within a similar venue. You will have a working knowledge of CCTV and other security systems and experience of leading a large team.
