Security Manager

As a Security Manager you will be responsible for the running of the park, ensuring the complex is a safe and secure environment. You will be required to work 40 hours over 5 days.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service and standards.
• Creating and maintaining a safe environment for owners and holiday makers in line with current legislation i.e. S.I.A.
• Accountability for the effective management of all aspects of the security function.
• Management the security function ensuring maximisation of opportunities for greater efficiency and improve the performance of the park.
• Creating a culture where every Team Member greets every owner holiday maker they see.
• Positively manage change and an environment of continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with all aspects of Company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety and licensing law regulations by themselves and all team members.

A successful candidate will:
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a customer service focus
• Be flexible and able to operate in a fast moving environment
• Ideally have First Aid Certificate
• Have experience of managing a team
• Have SIA Card
