Job description: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading international Retailer with a reputation unsurpassed on the high street. They operate in the UK and on the international stage and have a fast growing ecommerce platform delivering products and services to a growing market place.
They seek a UK Loss Prevention manager to spearhead a team of Loss Prevention mangers delivering a professional & efficient Loss prevention service to the business, with a focus on shrinkage and fraud reduction, security, and business controls.
Candidate profile: This role requires a flexible approach with the willingness to travel and stay away from home at short notice when required.
You will have previous experience within Retail Loss prevention in a senior management capacity, with experience of managing teams of loss prevention personnel.
You will have excellent management ability and be able to motivate teams to perform at a high level.
You will have experience in the production of action plans and achieving targets both individually and departmentally.
Strong investigation skills with the ability to investigate external and internal theft and frauds to a successful conclusion.
The ability to manage own and team performance on a day to day basis.
Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to influence in all areas of the business.
In-depth knowledge of the latest Loss prevention techniques and technologies and how they can be utilised for the best results.
Fully conversant with data and datamining methodologys to make informed commercial decisions.
