Job Overview
The incumbent is principally responsible for overseeing the Cyber Security for H&A while delivering consulting solutions to clients as a fee-earning consultant. This will include:
1. Establish this practice within the H&A business
2. Develop, lead and deliver the initial engagements within the practice
3. In conjunction with MD H&A, identify trusted partners to support immediate and broad expertise growth within the practice
4. Present to the market as our in house expert including the presentation of two papers per year for professional or industry magazines
5. In conjunction with other H&A Service Line leader, integrate where possible into other H&A client solutions
6. Lead and develop in house H&A Cyber Security assets including where applicable Computer Forensic Specialists
You will work with each Country Manager to support them in achieving country financial targets. Your role is to provide specialist capability, assist in resource management, and service line business development as an active participant in BD programs applicable to your Service line.
Where there is a multi-country operation, it is likely that you will lead these projects with the support of in country SL resources and Country managers.

Role Responsibility:

I. H&A Group level Service Line Responsibility
1. Develop and own ‘Cyber Security’ Services Portfolio and pricing in conjunction with the Managing Director- H&A.
2. Develop Standard operating procedures and oversee delivery of Cyber Security services as a specialist.
3. Quality Assurance of Cyber Security services delivered across the region.
4. Develop and deliver H&A wide Cyber Security clients and services in collaboration with the Country Managers.
5. Participate in existing Cyber Security client relationships and projects and be able to support / cover as a Senior Relationship Manager if required
6. Provide appropriate Cyber Security Business Development support to the countries.
7. Effectively utilize country level allocated resources for delivery of Cyber Security Services in each country.
8. Develop and manage network of sub-contractors to deliver Cyber Security Services across the region,
9. Mentor Cyber Security teams across the region.

II. Delivery Responsibility as Project Leader/ Case manager
1. Manage and deliver across Cyber Security projects.
2. Write and submit proposals and deliverables.
3. Uphold complete client satisfaction in all aspects of the client relationship and a high level of quality of professional service in every element of the business.
4. Be accountable for managing the work-flow and output of the allocated team to accurately forecast and effectively manage all aspects of case finances and to contribute to the successful management of the service line budgets.

III. Establish strong professional relationships with peripheral G4S organisations in the region


The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional:
• Seasoned domain specialist in Cyber Security.
o Qualification CISSP, Encase
o Experience - 15 yrs + Broad based background in Investigations, Compliance management and consulting experience supplementing a verifiable depth of specialist IT Security and information assurance skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet business targets in high value complex solution sales environments.
• Strong influencing skills including the ability to gain the attention of key internal stakeholders on critical issues
• Exceptional communication skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages to all levels of an organisation
• A focus on delivery and the ability to prioritise workload/manage key stakeholders to ensure delivery of items which are critical to the business
• A robust, flexible individual with the ability to react quickly and effectively to shifting priorities and deadlines
• An insightful and inquiring mind who is willing to challenge the status quo but also recognise when pragmatism is the most appropriate response
