Security Operations Manager

The Role:
In partnership with one of Northern Ireland’s most respected Facilities Management companies, CSR have initiated a search and selection process for an experienced Security Operations Manager.  You will be joining a well established local company that is continuing to grow at a significant rate.
This senior executive position will be an autonomous role leading a Security division employing 200+ staff.  At this level, you will be expected to be a highly driven, commercial individual with a proven track record in a similar role.  You will be representing the company at all times and will be expected to drive forward the existing profitability and build on the company brands that are already well known for the delivery of value, quality and reliability.
 Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years in a similar high profile role
  • Experience of leading a security division working in both public and private sector contracts
  • Operational and Commercial Management experience of directing a division with 200+ staff
  • Ability to be a forward thinker and plan the future success of the division
  • You must be commercially astute whilst ensuring high levels of service
  • Ability to liaise at a senior level during board meetings with clients / bid teams
  • A degree qualification in a relevant business discipline would be advantageous
  • Overall, you must be a trustworthy and industrious person with the ability to work under minimal supervision whilst making decisive decisions
