Loss Prevention Manager

With every order placed and parcel delivered, Amazon is getting bigger. It's a rapid rate of growth. But with growth comes more employees, a higher level of stock and an increased chance of loss. That's why we need someone to prevent dishonest activity and protect our business. Someone like you.

About the role
In this challenging role, you'll coordinate and implement the Amazon World Wide Loss Prevention Programme within our Fulfilment Centres. It's about protecting our stock and preventing loss. But monitoring the floor and carrying out all the relevant checks across the centre, you'll offer improvements and implement necessary changes to our processes. Do well and your career and responsibilities with us will grow just as quickly as our business.

About you
Coming from a background in loss prevention or security management within a retail or logistics organisation, you'll certainly have proved yourself in a similarly large-scale, fast-paced environment. With an investigative mind you will be inquisitive and proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, identifying risk and mitigating against internal and external loss influencers. You will display strong communication and influencing skills, you'll streamline our processes, drive change and build relationships at all levels - having a huge impact on the business as a whole. You will need to be geographically flexible, open to relocating to other sites within the Amazon network. And if you fit the bill, you'll have every chance to really make a name for yourself.
