Our Client is a provider of security and concierge services to various
properties in the UK.
They are currently seeking a Security Manager for a large country estate
in Oxfordshire. This is a permanent role.
Reporting into the Estate Manager the successful candidate will manage a
team of 6 Security staff who are responsible for the security aspects
of a large country house and an estate of over 200 acres. The operation
is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
You will be responsible for the overall organisation and deployment of
the security team
but you will also act as a member of the team taking your turn on the
security reception desk and carrying out foot and vehicle patrols etc.
Knowledge and Skills:
This is an ideal role for an experienced Security Manager or for an
ex-military senior NCO who is familiar with basic security and
surveillance procedures.
You will need excellent organisation and planning skills and excellent
inter- personal skills.
Basic salary will be in a range of �35-40k dependant on your skill set
and experience. In addition there is a range of benefits.
