We are an Estate Management company dedicated to maintaining a prestigious landmark riverside building in the heart of London.
The building has an in-house manned security department consisting of 25 posts, including Security Manager, Inspectors, Controllers and Security Officers.
We need to achieve and maintain excellence in our security department, to meet the increased demands, focus and standards we require.
To that end, we have created a new post for an experienced security professional to manage our security operation.
We are seeking an individual to carry out a wide range of duties including;
• Directing a manned security operation through the creation of a Security Strategy
• Creating and putting into place Quality Management Controls and KPI’s
• Preparing and implementing standard security procedures and contingency plans
• Conducting Risk Assessments
• Liaising with Tenants, Police and other external bodies.
• Monitoring the security budget
The candidate should be able to demonstrate experience/capability in the above.
The candidate should be computer literate and knowledge of security IT systems would be an advantage.
Police or military experience and/or an SIA licence would be an advantage.
A CRB check would be a requirement.
