Overcoming complex challenges by managing core issues and developing solutions, and managing structural and cultural change to improve service delivery will be pivotal in these roles.

You will be responsible for evaluating complex information and relevant factors to deliver long-term resource requirements, and aligning these resources to meet our strategic aims and provide a high quality of service whilst delivering value for money. An approachable officer who leads by example, you will be expected to set professional standards to deliver our priorities so that we can provide a police service for Londoners to be proud of.

Please contact your HMIC Inspector to arrange an interview at the earliest opportunity to allow sufficient time to complete their assessment for your application.
