Executive Support Team Receptionist - SIA Licensed
To provide a high level flexible reception service across various sites in the West End and the City
of London as and when required.
As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and staff, demonstrating
the highest level of customer service and professionalism, whilst at the same time providing a
security service.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Covering for receptionists as and when required supporting the needs and requirements of the
business, as well as some security services.
* Sign in visitors according to site security processes & procedures and direct to relevant buildings
* Announce visitors as appropriate with sites requirements
* Assisting visitors and occupiers with queries in a professional manner
* Use guests names as appropriate during a conversation
* Maintain a high level of customer service and front of house standard at all times
* Ability to deal with complaints in a professional and calm manner
* Deal with queries and where necessary escalate to the Reception Manager
* Maintain a clean and tidy working environment at all times
* Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner
* To book meetings as and when required
* Update and maintain in house databases and use Microsoft packages
* Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Candidate profile:

* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to communicate at all levels

* SIA (Security Industry Authority) Licence required
* Previous proven customer service experience
* A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Monday - Friday (45 hours per week)
