Job description
We are now looking to recruit a Security Team Manager to join our large in house security team across our Heywood and Rochdale Distribution sites. Your duties will include managing a security team and daily operation
of the ARC. You will also conduct general security duties such as patrolling of the site, searching of Company Personnel and vehicles and ensuring adherence to Company security, fire and health and safety guidelines. You wil be involved in investigations into stock and dishonesty issues. You will be required to use multiple security systems including access control and CCTV. You will use computers on a daily basis so must be computer literate.
Working a shift system of 4 on 4 off (12 hours each shift), including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays . This position offers the potential for overtime, along with excellent prospects for career progression. Uniform and full in house training will be provided. Other benefits include staff discount.
Preferably the ideal candidate will hold a current SIA licence.
