As Regional Security Manager working mainly in the north and reporting to the Market Head of Security Nestle UK & Ireland (UK&I), you’ll help to provide a full Corporate Security service across the business to prevent or minimise harm/loss to employees and company assets. That’ll involve developing relationships with, and providing on-going support and advice to all our UK&I businesses on all aspects of corporate security, including:
Site Security Assessments, recommending improvements where appropriate
Helping build and raise the profile of the UK&I Site Security Champion network
Training to ensure consistency and adherence to best practice
The investigation of security allegations or incidents of any kind.

You’ll also help other areas of the business to investigate suspected malpractice (internal & external), in close liaison where appropriate with Police, Trading Standards, Customs, and governmental institutions.

The role requires high level interviewing/investigation experience, with in-depth knowledge of security procedures within the private sector. Your proven track record in crime prevention, investigation, detection, evidence-gathering and report-writing will be underpinned by knowledge of corporate, building and personal security, with a working knowledge of electronic detection systems. With a marked ability to evaluate situations quickly and decide on the correct course of action, your attributes will include:
Strong communication skills at all levels
The ability to work with minimum supervision
Computer literacy, including proficiency in Word and Excel.

You must also hold a full, clean driving licence.
