Security Guarding Operations Manager

Job Description
· Client Liaison. Holding regular meetings with key clients, discussing client feedback and agreeing actions and targets related to that contract.
· To ensure your area is fully staffed at all times including a reasonable level of emergency cover for all sites.
· Provide an on call service for out of hours operational emergencies.
· Recruit staff and ensure that they remain complaint with respect to training, licensing and site specific requirements.
· Manage the TUPE process for new contracts.

· Ensure all contracts are accurately set up and managed according to the provisions of BS7499.

· Complete monthly KPIs and reports for the Managing Director.

· Produce quarterly improvement plans in line with agreed targets.

· Act as line manager to the Security Guarding Division.

· Invoicing and payroll for Security Guarding Division.

· To always ensure that FGH Security is seen in a positive light by all staff, customers, consumers and stakeholders.


Person Specification
Operational Management Experience.
Experience of Operational Management within the Security Industry.
People Management Skills
Experience of the full employee management cycle.
Drive, initiative and a will to succeed.
Working knowledge of employment law.
Excellent computer skills especially, MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
MOS Qualification.
