                  ** Position contingent upon contract award **
Program Description:
Program for a mission critical customer responsible for the facilities operation and maintenance services to include construction, power generation, warehousing, medical support, temporary quarters, transportation systems, environmental health and safety, security, information technology, housing, as well as all aspects of maintaining and repairing the site and its ancillary buildings.

Primary Job Function:
The successful candidate will support a fast paced corporate Security Department supporting classified programs world-wide. Duties include the full life-cycle of clearance processing through various government agencies, but primary focus on the Intelligence Community. The life-cycle will encompass prescreen, review and submittal of paperwork, tracking, briefing/ debriefing, report requirements and other personnel security functions. Candidate must have a working knowledge of Scattered Castles, JPAS and ACAVS and must be knowledgeable with NISPOM, DCIDs, ICDs, JAFANS, M-1 and other IC community regulations, policies and procedures. Candidate will provide security education and briefings to newly cleared employees, subcontractors and consultants. Prepare program reports and attend status meetings. Interface with customers, internal and external. Coordinate with program management and senior leadership with regard to security issues and actions. Attend weekly meetings to track new and transferring employees. Process, submit, and track clearance reinvestigations. Process report requirements such as foreign travel and foreign contact. Input and maintain data integrity in company and government databases. Provide support to contract transitions and surge support as needed. Provide support to proposal efforts with regard to clearances. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Security.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Must have knowledge of and experience with government clearance processing databases.
· Must be knowledgeable of Personnel Security processes derived from NISPOM, DCIDs, ICDs, JAFAN, M-1, and other IC community regulations, policies and procedures.
· Must be familiar with DoD, NRO, DIA, NSA, and other IC community procedures and clearance processing requirements.
· Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Customer service focus, excellent interpersonal skills, and solid oral and written communications skills to effectively interact with staff personnel, customers, and management.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Active, fully adjudicated TS/SCI Clearance with CI Poly.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
· At least 5 years experience supporting security requirements in the Intelligence Community
· Prior OCONUS experience is a strong plus.
· Knowledge and experience with SAP is preferred
· Must have native-like fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Characteristics required for this position includes outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to quickly and accurately match tenant's requirements with facilities features is critical.
