Site Security Manager – Construction Company - Hastings, East Sussex
Working on a two-year contract basis, we are looking for a site security manager to manage construction site security personnel.
You should have
- experience working on construction sites
- experience of crowd control, including protestors
- CSCS card
- SMSTS
- Be able to carry out Risk Assessments, AIs, site surveys
** Job outline in brief **
- Recruit security staff and provide training
- Maintain personnel records, conduct appraisals and keep records of all staff holidays, sickness & training courses.
- Manage staff, shifts and additional cover if required
- Deal with discipline, welfare and any emergencies or other issues that arise
- Maintain all site records and complete reports as required.
- Act as Serious Incident Manager as required.
