We are offering one exceptional candidate the chance to be a Regional Security Coordinator in our Supply Chain Division based at our site in Bracknell, Berkshire.
What are you accountable for achieving?
* Provide accurate and well presented data for regional level presentations giving a true reflection of relevant statistical data as provided by the Sub-Regions via sub-regional leads, statistical reporting support and data output from current reporting systems
* Assist Regional VP, Security in production of Regional and sub-regional reporting including ad hoc enquiries of monthly statistical data
* Management of statistical reporting provision by additional management reporting colleague
* Provide input into design of Incident Management functionality of the new reporting system during and post development
* Provide pivotal contact point for liaison with Global team to enable efficient provision of Incident Management statistical output data.
* Primary contact responsibility for Incident Management plus quality assurance of delivery of training as necessary post release
* Overview of budgetary control for regional VPs budget
* Co-ordination of roll out, training, etc. of eSAFE, SAFE.
* Ensure excellent organisational control of Regional meetings/conferences, being sole point of contact and management role with external suppliers.
* Assist management team in preparation of data for presentation purposes including ad hoc enquiries of monthly statistical data
* Provision of editorial content for various newsletters requested for regional input
* Provide a support function for Regional team in provision of diary management, hotel and travel bookings
What will you need as a successful Regional Security Coordinator?
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience of working in similar environment
* Ability to manage interrupt driven working environment
* Past security experience
* Proven ability to liaise with management teams across the business
* Experience within a multi-divisional/multi-cultural environment is a must.
* Excellent communication, problem solving and relationship skills.
* Strong financial and commercial business acumen
* Budgetary control capability
* Flexible and mobile.
* Structural, analytical approach and way of thinking
* Strong personal presence
* Strong team player
* Results oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on high quality service performance across different location and conditions.
