Your core responsibilities will include the following:
You will be in charge of coordinating and organizing the day to day operations of the department and supervise Security Supervisor as well as Security Officers for both hotels and the colleagues' accommodation.
To maintain very good communication/relation with the local police, fire brigade and informal leaders and relevant members of the local community.
You will be preparing Security plans for special events (weddings, royal functions etc.)
It is your duty to manage the implementation of departmental standards and ensure that all colleagues adhere to the Safety & Security procedures.
A minimum of 3 - 5 years demonstrable experience in a similar capacity as law enforcement officer or Security Manageer, preferably at a star class international hotel and Ideal candidate must also possess strong communication skill in English in addition to Arabic.
