Responsibilities:
Lead the Security Team to ensure smooth operations of the Department Store;
Ensure safety and security of customers, staff and company assets during business and non-business hours;
Ensuring appropriate posting / patrolling with efficient / effective security staff deployment;
Coaching of staff and ensuring discipline among team members;
Manage emergency incidents and reports writing;
Closely communicating with counterpart of the Shopping Mall for best co-operations.
Requirements:
Post secondary or above;
Minimum 8 years' experience which at least 3 years at managerial level;
Good command of spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English;
Proficient in computer applications;
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
