Job description
Global Security Stewarding are looking for suitable candidates to join our events security team in Sheffield, Rotherham and surrounding areas.
We're currently recruiting for SIA Door Supervisor licensed staff as well as none licensed stewards.
Working hours will be on a casual basis and vary depending on event, however most work will be evenings and weekends so can fit alongside studies, family or other jobs.
Area's you may be expected to cover can include:
• VIP, corporate and hospitality areas.
• Front of house reception meet and greet.
• Customer service and help desks.
• Festival and concert stewarding.
• Football stewarding.
• SIA Response teams and vehicle mobile patrols.
• Ticket sales and cash handling.
• Road closures and traffic management.
• Lost children and vulnerable adult areas.
Rates of pay are £6.50 for stewards and £8.50 for SIA staff.
Person requirements:
• Knowledge of the importance of good customer service.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable and flexible.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Be eligible to work in the UK.
