Hospitality and customer focused. Ensure customers have an enjoyable night by providing a safe environment.
Ability to work by yourself or as part of a team.
Use physical intervention and conflict management to defuse situations before they turn into incidents.
Compliance with legal requirements by ensuring customers are of the right age by performing ID checks.
Filling in of paperwork on site such as incident reporting.
Requirements:
Valid front line SIA licence (Door supervisor or Close protection)
Experienced preferred but not a necessity as training will be given.
5 year checkable work history
