About the Hotel:
Located in Seef, the new high-end business centre of the island, Swiss-Belhotel Seef is targeted to be
a modern 4-star hotel featuring 149 spacious rooms and suites.

This 28-storey hotel will offer sea views from the 7th floor upwards and is located at a three-minute walking distance from Seef Mall.

Major Function:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the tasks of the Security Officers with the goal of protecting the Hotel, its Employees, its guests and the property 24-hours a day through a combination of surveillance, security walks and collaboration with other departments regarding emergency situations. General responsibilities include enforcing operating procedures, employee scheduling, training and development, and inter-department communications.

Able to organise and lead complex projects.
Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks consistent with business objectives.
Computer literate with basic e-mail, Word and Excel functions.
Fluent in English and local language required.
Able to organise and lead in an emergency situation.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND EDUCATION
Graduate of a 2-year degree desired.
Minimum of 3-years in a leading security role.
Previous CPR training desired.
