Following a period of substantial growth within the G4S Secure Solutions (UK) business we now have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, inspirational and commercially focused Regional
Manager to join our team covering South London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
Reporting to the Operations Director – South, the successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of £15-£20m and will lead a team of Contract Managers in the delivery of excellent service to our customers . The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting new business sales and delivering key financial targets for the portfolio.
Role Responsibility:
- Develop the existing and future customer base to become the market leader in security solutions.
- Organically grow the business by cross selling existing products to customer
- Deliver the Budget and business plan objectives
- Improve gross margin %.
- Deliver to and meet all compliance and audit requirements.
- Maintain relationships with customers & keep appropriate systems updated
- Develop immediate reports to be competent with the changes within our business
- Identify and set stretching operational KPIs to deliver improved customer service levels
The Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrable track record at senior management level of consistent achievement against financial, operational and service delivery standards
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to engage and inspire the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven sales ability
- Excellent presentation skills
- Relevant third level qualification
- Prior experience in a senior management role
- Demonstrable experience in managing a P&L
- A well- developed knowledge of the outsourced security market environment
