Duties & Responsibilities

Engility is seeking Senior Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Lead Trainers experienced in managing curriculum development activities, training delivery and mentoring trainers in the fields of institutional and facilities security, transportation of cash and valuables and Methods of Instruction training.
Assist in the development of a comprehensive training program centered on training Security Guards and Team leaders at Saudi facilities.
Assist in the selection of program trainers and SME’s.
Develop Pre-Selection criteria for selection of security personnel.
Coordinate training activities with Ministry of Interior personnel.
Manage and supervise trainers to ensure superior program performance meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Assist trainers in solving specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
Work with the Program Manager and customer representatives to understand customer expectations and recommend measures to enhance program performance.
Development, administer and supervise delivery of a Train-the-Trainer program to develop Saudi security instructors to assume all instruction programs.
Assess curricula to ensure its meeting intended objectives and requirements, provide analysis, advice and/or implementation assistance on training strategies.
Evaluate instructional materials and trainings to ensure intended objectives and requirements are met and continually updating training materials to incorporate evaluation recommendations.
Design a learning framework and monitor learning outcomes.
Supervise Curriculum Development.
Regular reporting of Training activities.

THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

Minimum Tangible Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years experience as a trainer in facilities security training program with at least 5 years of those in a management position.
Knowledge of internationally recognized security training standards.
Certification by a state, county or nationally recognized Train-the-Trainer program.
Experienced in evaluating training in accordance with Kirkpatrick Level 1 and 2 criteria.
Experience in development of personnel pre-selection criteria.
Ability and experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
Bachelors Degree in Security Administration, Criminal Justice, Education or related field.
Experience in providing support to security operations including:
Security and protection of strategic and non-strategic facilities
Guarding against unauthorized access
Protection of personnel against assault or injury and against outbreaks of disorder
Protection of property against theft, destruction or damage
Guarding cash or valuable in transit


Preffered Qualifications:  
Masters Degree in related field
Former FBI or other federal Law Enforcement Agent
Experience as a trainer in the Middle East
Extensive experience as a Military, Law Enforcement or Private Industry security manager
Basic knowledge of Arabic
