Regional Security Manager - Europe

Overview:
The Regional Security Manager, Europe will coordinate, administer and participate in all Regional Security programs in order to minimize inventory loss, protect company assets and provide guidance so that the store’s organization can achieve the highest level of security/ loss prevention effectiveness, awareness and training ensuring our employee’s safety and company profitability.

Reporting to the European Security Director, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing security procedures, plans, and protocols across multi-branch region
Partnering with the store management and develop a security strategy for their location focused on reducing overall inventory losses, security compliance, and emergency response
Partnering with Operations, Finance and other relevant departments to ensure that effective operational processes and procedures are in place to reduce loss and identify integrity issues
Managing, developing and training security staff across the region

Ensuring Physical Security of branches within region
Developing and maintaining an ongoing liaison with corporate peers, law enforcement and government agencies in each country
Ensuring the physical security applications in the stores are to standard
Developing vendor relationships in each country
Partnering with Project Manager, Technology & Systems and Real Estate Services on new store openings and remodels prior to opening to facilitate proper security protection
Conducting internal and external investigations

Desired Skills and Experience
You will need:

Comprehensive Security experience within a multi-site retail environment, in all phases of security, systems, procedures, investigations, legal issues, supervision and training


Bachelor's Degree
Excellent communication skills
Extensive cultural awareness
Extensive network with government and law enforcement in preferably in multiple countries
A sense of urgency that will lead to quick identification of problems and appropriate action
The ability to deal effectively with all levels within the organization
Ability to travel to multiple locations across the regionl - anticipate up to 70% travel and non-traditional working hours.
