Security Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Security Manager reporting to the Profit Protection and Security Manager to join the team at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. This role exists to provide strong leadership and direction to the Security Department. This position is designed to support the Profit Protection and Security Manager in setting and maintaining security, health and safety and profit protection procedures for the park as well as performance managing the Security and Communications staff. The job holder is the primary person responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Security Department.


We are looking for the following skills and experience;

• Proven management experience within either the security or leisure industry

• Have the ability to think on your feet and solve problems creatively

• Experience working in a fast paced customer service environment

• Be a role model to motivate and lead a varied team to deliver the highest standards in security

• Must be committed to the company’s goals and objectives and good dealing with people



This role is Full Time, Permanent, averaging 37.5 hours per week with flexible working patterns and will include weekends and bank holidays as required.
