Experienced Manager required to oversee the work of the Security and Maintenance Departments, ensuring security, maintenance, portering and site services are maintained and improved at both our Colleges.
Previous leadership and staff management experience required with advanced IT skills. Experience of managing Health & Safety in a similar environment is essential.
Qualifications required – NEBOSH (or working towards), First Aid Certificate or willing to train, together with a relevant electrical, mechanical or general maintenance/building qualification. Checkable 10 year work history and Disclosure & Barring Service check essential.
