New Century US is actively seeking to fill Junior, Mid, and Senior Level Counter Terrorism Analyst positions at RAF Molesworth, United Kingdom. Positions are filled as vacancies become available, so flexibility in candidates timeline for employment is key.

Position Description:

New Century US is actively seeking Counter Terrorism (CT) Analysts to provide All Source intelligence analysis and analytic support at RAF Molesworth, United Kingdom.

CT analysts will provide CT research and analysis by screening all-source intelligence reporting, assessing and summarizing evaluated and previously unevaluated information, discriminating threat information from this all-source intelligence, fusing information into actionable intelligence and disseminating warnings and threat analysis as appropriate.

Analyst duties include but are not limited to the following tasks:
• Produce assessments, reports, articles, threat analyses, special studies, etc
• Develop and maintain CTAVRS database information, produce intel support products
• Maintain situational awareness on designated groups, persons of interest, terrain, population, demographics, and infrastructures
• Provide CT systems analysis and planning support from a CT analytical perspective to leadership to guide rapid development and deployment of mission critical intelligence systems supporting counterterrorism analysis
• Coordinate with staff agencies and analytical elements
• Produce in depth CT products for General officers and key decision makers when prioritized by technical leads

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
• Ability to communicate Factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience analyzing all source intelligence information to produce assessments, reports, articles, threat analyses, special studies, etc, and responsive to user needs.
• Professional knowledge of a wide-range of intelligence principles, concepts, and techniques to accomplish difficult and complex work assignments.
• Experience interacting customers, senior managers, and functional peer group managers.
• Experience developing new or modified work methods, innovative approaches, and alternative uses of new or available resources.
• Innovation and creativity, plus a "self-starter" attitude, are important.
• Experience in leveraging solid written and verbal communications skills to prepare and confidently deliver briefings and papers for senior officials.

Required Qualifications:


• Junior level All Source Analyst
o Bachelor's or Master's degree, or, specialized training & 2-3 years intelligence analysis experience, or, 3-4 years of military intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience.
o Candidate must hold a current/active Top Secret/SCI Clearance, and be eligible for a CI-Poly.

• Mid-level All Source Analyst
o Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4-6 years intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience.
o Candidate must hold a current/active Top Secret/SCI Clearance, and be eligible for a CI-Poly.

• Senior-level All Source Analyst
o Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 10+ years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience.
o Credentialed subject matter expert or recognized specialist.
o Candidate must hold a current/active Top Secret/SCI Clearance, and be eligible for a CI-Poly.
