The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and resolving physical security technology issues. The candidate will work very closely with vendors to coordinate the service and repair, as well as the proactively monitor, our Client’s systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed consistent with the Client’s standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Advises Regional Security Manager of all potential threats to our Client’s systems and infrastructure
• Tracks trends in tickets and service needs to assess changes in our Client’s hardware or applications
• Supports new openings by providing risk assessments, drawing reviews and physical security expertise
• Facilitates the completion of new building-opening checklists and follow on maintenance schedules
• Daily administration and maintenance of current service agreements
• Manages the regional security Zendesk (helpdesk) ticketing system
• Assigns access cards to new employees, cleaners and contractors
COMPETENCIES / ABILITIES
• Experience with electronic security systems and their related network infrastructure
• Experience operating in enterprise systems with global reach
• Experience with administrative support and service management software
• Highly proficient in Office applications
• Experience with S2 Access Control System, Zendesk ticket management system, and Google apps and programs
• Life safety training
• Demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail
• Be able to multitask across multiple platforms, departments, time zones, and cultures when necessary
• Be able to liaise with external safety and security organizations in a professional manner
• Maintain the highest professional standards within the Client’s message and concept
