Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Security Services have an exciting opportunity for a security professional to continually promote the best experience for both our Patients and Staff.
The Trust is seeking to recruit a dynamic self starter to join our security team. Working closely with clinical colleagues and multi-disciplinary teams, you will be responsible for ensuring operational security is delivered to the highest standards.
You will create a culture of continuous improvement, cultivate a pleasant patient and staff experience, through crime prevention and technological knowledge. You must have good conflict management and IT skills and an excellent working knowledge of advanced CCTV and Access control systems.
You must be highly motivated and flexible in your approach to the work place.
We can offer you a superb opportunity to develop and refine a wide range of skills and experience in the security sector including training and professional accreditation.
You must be able to demonstrate the willingness to become a trainer in the field of Conflict Resolution. You must show the ability to look for constant improvement to the security service delivery across the Trust and all its sister operational areas.
