Financial Services organisation has an excellent opportunity for a permanent Risk & Security Manager. As Risk & Security Manager you will contribute to the implementation and management of the Operational and Regulatory Risk control framework within the technical services Business Function, supporting and challenging managers on its effective implementation and Identify and escalate emerging and upstream operational risks through the analysis of business process intelligence and changes.
You will Manage and monitor all CTO aspects of the Sarbanes Oxley (SoX) and Information Security Policy audit programmes including ensuring compliance is protect in event of changes to processes, controls or organisation.
Key Deliverables Include:
· Effective and embedded operational risk framework.
· Effective and proactive risk management within the Business Function ensuring Management engagement with operational risk objectives.
· Adherence to the requirements of the Group Operational Risk Handbook.
· Independently assess operational risk impacts/ documentation (e.g. key change programmes/ projects, GNPAP, business continuity plans)
· External SoX and Information Security compliance for the CTO area fully planned, managed and achieved to agreed milestones. A preventative approach demonstrated to protect compliance in event of process, controls or organisational changes. Compliance gaps managed to closure.
· A proactive lead in Operational and Regulatory policy development and implementation as it impacts the Business Function.
· Facilitating the timely resolution of audit and control issues.
· Recognition by the Business functions of the role of risk within Technology Services activities.
