To ensure that our team members, residents, property and assets are protected from any kind of loss, damage or threat, the role of security requires common sense and the ability to deal with people from all walks of life. Often this requires tact and diplomacy, with a cool head and firm manner.
Job Description:
* To handle all security incidents and/or investigations and be proficient in obtaining witness statements, writing incident reports via software provided.
* Patrol and maintain a pro-active presence in the Residences
* Record all relevant incidents in the Occurrence Book.
* Comply with the Code of Practice for Security Staff.
* To be trained in First Aid emergency techniques and fire safety.
* Respond directly to all activations of access and panic alarms....[more]
