- A Security Shift Manager is required to take responsibility for and control of all the daily Security operations in the clients' New Bond Street site and satellite sites monitored from the Control Room.
- All the Security Officers are to be closely supervised through the duty Security Supervisors and the Security Shift Manager to ensure that the entire Security Team are providing the excellent service that is expected by the Client.
- As a Security Shift manager your main duties will include: Operation of all aspects of the Security Control Room 24 hours, as well as management of the Security Officers on or off site, to ensure that adequate Security personnel and the expected level of Client service are provided for the Customer's premises, contents, employees and visitors.
- Attend all required meetings including meeting with the Supervisors and Officers daily to ensure that they are all fully aware of relevant events, plans and issues.
- To resolve any problems, keeping the Customer and First Security up to date as appropriate.
