JOB TITLE Security Team Leader
REPORTING TO Area Manager – Manned Guarding
LOCATION Nuneaton
SCOPE
Role Purpose and Summary Objectives - To provide a professional and proactive security service. Support the site Supervisor with tasks as necessary and supervising the on duty team in the absence of a supervisor.

Key Relationships and Interfaces - All members of the security teamInternal and external Customers/Clients
ACCOUNTABILITES
Operational Processes, Procedures and Project Delivery - A Smart and well groomed appearance is a prerequisite A pleasant personality with the ability to be firm but fair is highly desirable. To provide excellent customer service at all timesTo be able to work in a team or on your own initiative. To have excellent communication skills. To work well under pressureTo be flexible in your working day. To work to an excellent standard at all times in all security functions. To take part in continuous training and development and understand your performance will be measured To ensure you work to Standard Operating Procedures at all times. To be aware that health and safety is everyone’s responsibility
Monitoring and Measuring - The position will be measured against the required Key Performance Indicators, which will be in place to ensure that all. Accountabilities are met within the recognised framework. Regular reviews to ensure continuous improvement is maintained.
External Interfaces - Such external agencies as may be required dependant upon the circumstances
Qualifications and Experience - To be in possession of a SIA licence and have related security experience. Experience of rostering, CCTV and stand in supervisory experience desirable
